Well..I’m back to being able to generate dynamically again..and, as you can see, I’m changing the site appearance as well.
Pretty much everything should be working now… I think… I’m still adjusting page layout, and I’m not sure I’m going to keep the color scheme..
but hey..at least I’ve unbroken whatever it was I broke…
Err..somehow, I appear to have broken the ability to have my site generated dynamically… =(
Dunno what I did, but I’m looking into it… until I get it resolved, the site is on static generation of published content..so.. hopefully, everything still works

The British judge hearing the case of Apple Corps vs Apple Computer, handed down his ruling, and unlike the Judge hearing the Da Vinci Code lawsuit, he didn’t embed any secret messages in his ruling…
He did, however, tell Apple Corps to go take a flying leap. Since Apple Computer (the Good Apple) is not /making/ music, or producing it, or doing anything but selling it, he ruled that Apple Corps (the bad apple) can’t stop the good apple from using the good apple’s logo in the store, and in advertising… then, he told the bad apple to pay the good apple’s lawyers..
Apparently, the lawyers for the bad apple still think a normal person would be confused by buying music from the good apple, that the good apple had a hand in making that music… so they are going to appeal…

Apparently, these things are all the rage now..
Back in February, I told you about a guy who had written a contract for his wife, that specified little things she had to do (nekkid 20 minutes after the kids went to bed, don’t raise your voice..etc..)
Well.. here’s another one. This one specifies what she has to call him in public and in private, that she must wear whatever he picks out for her, outlines her punishment for mis-behaving… but does give her a ‘safe’ word to use when she doesn’t want to continue doing whatever it is they happen to be doing right then… of course.. he doesn’t have to actually stop.. just pause and consider why she might not want to continue…
Maybe I’ll try and have Janice sign this one… she wouldn’t sign that other one…

Seems a group of pranksters in NY thought it would be hilarious to wear Royal Blue polo shirts, and khaki pants (sound familiar to anyone?). And then go hang out in a Best Buy… much hilarity ensued (err..unless you happened to be the manager of the store they went to..then, probably not so much with the funny).
My favorite part? When the store manager claims her civil rights were violated because they were videotaping in the store!
So…yesterday all the illegal immigrants (or at least, a good portion of them) decided to skip work, school, etc.. to show us how badly we need them and how everything would come to a complete and utter stop without them…
I noticed exactly NO impact.. I couldn’t tell the difference from yesterday “without (illegal) immigrants” and the monday before when the illegals went to work/school/etc…
Seems to have been a pretty worthless demonstration if you ask me… to bad INS/DHS/Border Patrol didn’t do like I thought they should and show up with buses to the rallies…
Did any of you notice any impact from the Illegal immigrants aren’t going to work day?
err… kinda… if by “real food” you mean “breast milk from a spoon, with just enough rice cereal added to stop it from falling off the spoon.”
Anyway you look at it Maryn got fed her first “real food” on Sunday… of course.. her big brother had to be the one to feed her..
obviously, the first attempt missed the mark.. as Maryn can’t eat through her nose..but.. his aim improved later and he was able to feed her till she stopped eating.. and, she almost appears to enjoy her cereal.
Yeah.. and the oil/gas industry says there’s no price fixing going on..thats why a gas station in South Carolina is suing another gas station for…. wait for it…. setting its gas price to low!

By now, I’m sure y’all have heard about all the illegal (and I suppose some legal) immigrants who are planning on not going to work on monday in an attempt to fight immigration reform.
Personally, I think its mighty damn nice of them to group themselves in one (ok several, since they’re doing it across the country) big spot.. ought to make it that much easier for INS, DHS, and Border Patrol to pick them up and ship them back home. I would love to see Media reports of there being big buses and trucks at each ‘rally’ point… and all the illegals that gathered being herded onto a bus and sent the hell home.
We took Maryn in for her 4 month checkup this morning. Her vital stats today were:
11 lbs 12.5 oz, 24 3/4 inches, and 41cm head. So..she is a healthy, teeny, tiny girl. Her weight puts her in the 10th percentile, which means that like 90% of the kids in the USA at her age, are heavier then she is. Height was a little better… she is in the 25th percentile there..and her head size, puts her slightly above average in the 51st percentile.
